Fr. Terry Ball is from New Hampton, Iowa. He has a bachelor's degree in elementary education and special education from the University of Northern Iowa. From the University of Iowa, he received his master's in special education administration. He attended Sacred Heart Seminary, which is where he completed his theological studies. At St. Wenceslaus, he helps out with Mass, confessions and ministry to the homebound.
