Rachel brings over a decade of nonprofit experience in community building, volunteer engagement, and organizational leadership. Before joining St. Wenceslaus, she served as Development Director at the Napa Valley Education Foundation, where she supported programs that strengthened local schools and connected families with resources. Previously, she worked in Strategic Partnerships at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco and with Bur Oak Land Trust in Iowa City, helping to foster meaningful connections between people and mission-driven programs.
Her own faith journey has drawn her toward parish life and service. Rachel is currently studying Monastic Studies at the School of Theology and Seminary at St. John’s, where she is inspired by the Church’s contemplative tradition.
At St. Wenceslaus, Rachel is grateful for the opportunity to accompany parishioners, support volunteers, and nurture the spirit of hospitality that makes the parish a true spiritual home.
