How to Sign Up for Free through Our Parish
Because our parish holds a subscription to FORMED, access is 100% free for all parishioners:
- Visit formed.org/signup
- Select “Sign up as as parishioner”
- Search for our parish by name or zip code (52245) and select it
- Enter your name and email address
- Check your email for a sign-in link to start streaming immediately on your computer, tablet, phone, or smart TV
