Mass Intentions

Mass Intentions
Requesting a Mass intention is a meaningful way to pray for loved ones, living or deceased, through the celebration of the Eucharist. To help us serve all parishioners as fairly as possible, please note the following:
- Each family may request up to 5 Mass intentions per calendar year.
- Sunday Mass intentions at St. Wenceslaus are always shared as of 2026. If you request a Sunday Mass, you must be willing to share the intention with others- no exceptions. This helps us accommodate as many requests as possible in a fair and equitable way.
- Only one Mass per week (Sunday-Saturday) may be scheduled for the same intention.
- Mass intention requests open on January 1 and are fulfilled within the same calendar year.
- Requested dates and times are not guaranteed, but we do our best to honor them. If your preferred date is unavailable, we invite you to hold your intention in prayer on that day.
- A minimum $10 honorarium per Mass is requested, as determined by the Diocese, to support the priest celebrating the Mass.
- If all parish Masses are filled, remaining intentions will be sent to the Diocese to be celebrated by retired priests.
- If a Mass must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the Parish Office will contact you.
