Youth ages 15-25 and adult chaperones are invited to attend the Institute for Religious Life's National Conference at Mundelein Seminary on Saturday, April 7.
This year's theme is "Religious Life...Ever Ancient, Ever Beautiful." Echoing the words of St. Augustine from his Confessions--"Late have I loved thee, O beauty ever ancient, ever new"--we celebrate the gift of religious life, a gift to a world seeking signs of God's presence among us! At the conference, the youth will have the chance to attend various sessions of interest as well as attend Mass together.
The group will leave St. Wenceslaus at 4:30 a.m. on April 7. We will return to the church at about 10:00 p.m. that same evening. The conference is free for youth, but there is a $25 registration fee for chaperones. Checks can be made payable to the Institute on Religious Life. Please register by Monday, March 19.
